This Redditch company was notified that new systems of work were to be introduced based on the American companies operating procedures and that team leaders should be trained in instructional techniques. With only 2-3 weeks noticve, the Technology Centre was able to run an internal training programme for all company team leaders in instructional techniques.

Subsequently, the team leaders were flown to America to analyse the task and develop training materials which they were able to use extremely successfully when they returned to England.
