Investor in People

Investor in People is the national accreditation for companies who demonstrate that they are committed to the four key principals in Employee Training and Development:
  • COMMITMENT to investing in people to achieve business goals

  • PLANNING how individuals and teams are to be developed to achieve these goals

  • ACTIONS to develop and use necessary skills in a well defined and continuing programme

  • EVALUATION of progress towards goals, value achieved and future needs

  • Costs and funding support from the local Learning and Skills Council (LSC)

  • Provide staff IiP awareness seminars
  • Completion of the ‘diagnostic process’ to include commitment letter and action plan to your LSC
  • Hands on support to develop training processes to meet your requirements
  • Portfolio of evidence collation
  • Audit your organisation prior to assessment so you get it ‘right first time’
  • Staff preparation for assessment
  • Post maintenance consultancy for IiP re-recognition
