Objectives and approach

Most people feel under increasing pressure at work. The results are poor performance as well as effects on health and private lives. This seminar aims to help people improve their effectiveness rather than to work harder or longer. It is unrealistic to expect perfection but most people can learn how to improve their present level of personal organisation and time management and as a result can cope better, meet deadlines and avoid being over stressed.

This seminar follows no proprietary system of time management but discusses the various approaches and encourages those attending to find the methods that work for them.
