Dealing with people face to face is a skill Team Leaders need. The setting may vary from a formal discipline situation to an informal review of progress.

This workshop aims to develop this skill through practice and feedback.

Those attending will take part in variety of exercises covering a range of situations such as Grievance, Performance Review, Discipline and Counselling.

This workshop is not primarily aimed at Selection Interviewing though the material will be relevant to it.
