Eligibility:

- To participate in the train to gain programme companies can be private, public or from voluntary sector organisations and must be located within West Midlands areas.

- Employees taking part in the programme must be aged over 19 years of age and not already hold a qualification at NVQ level 2 or equivalent (equivalent 5 GCSE's A-C or higher)

For the Candidate - a current, vocational based qualification.

For the Employer - upskilled workforce.
