Quality Programmes

The control of quality of products and services is crucial in contributing to a company’s success. Improvements in procedures and systems will very often depend on the ability to improve people.

It is important that people understand the concepts of quality systems as well as understanding the disciplines of application.

This series of courses deals with the operational issues in the application of quality controls.
It is largely concerned with techniques applied to engineering manufacture.

The training programmes support the requirements of a range of standards. They will provide an understanding of techniques and applications associated with analytical judgements, data interpretation and application.

Support is available when considering the implementation of quality controls back in the workplace.
